The conjunctive was connected to the word "you" (meaning "one" in this 
case) as well. Of course we tried it, since we had to make sure that 
Themes, Bootstrap Package and Gridelements are running fine, while 
Benjamin modified the package to be installable as a theme.

Since the original introduction package uses a much more restrictive 
concept than Gridelements, I never used in in production mode though.

Currently there are no know issues with the combination of both though.
So feel free to waste some time ;-)
