[TYPO3-english] Fatal error after cancelled install of extension captcha

something in filesystem (mayby written in the moment of deleting)
something in database
somthing in browsercache

i think better then manualy delete the typo3temp/Cache folder
is the new possibility for clearing the cache in the InstallTool
(i use this everytime when uptating something)
