[TYPO3-english] Extension list

Hi,

Just a though here... since 6.2 it is possible to hook (= signal) to
post-process the list of actions for each and every extension.

As such, we may easily say that one (Katja?) should write an extension
to add information and possibly come back with other useful tools we had
in the old-old-EM.
