[TYPO3-english] Filelist Error by hiding fileadmin

Greetings friends,

Recently i just realized that "fileadmin" folder was accessible through the browser by going "http://mywebsite.com/fileadmin" so i tried to hide it in cPanel using "Index Manager", where i changed the CHMOD of the folder to CHMOD 711 (default was 755), which means i removed the read properties from "Group" and "World"

This worked fine at first, but meanwhile i realized that i can't open "Filelist" in the BE, it shows an error saying "Oops, an error occurred! Could not find any folder to be displayed." 

Also, i cannot  open "Powermail", it shows the following error message: "Sorry, the requested view was not found. The technical reason is: No template was found. View could not be resolved for action "listBe". " 

In a desperate solution, i changed again the CHMOD of the folder to the default status, but the errors remain...

Can anyone help me to solve this ?
