Goeden morgen Peter,
Welcome to the TYPO3 community!
To "start a website" you need a couple of things: of course, a hosting
company that offers PHP & MySQL for your TYPO3 installation plus
webspace there; you need the installation itself on your webspace; you
need at least one HTML template for the site you want to build; you need
the CSS files to style each of the HTML templates; you need a TypoScript
template that tells TYPO3 what to do with the HTML and CSS.
But I guess you learned all that from the tutorials already. Go ahead
asking more detailed questions as obstacles come into your way...
