[TYPO3-english] Link TS Object to Sysfolder, possible?

Hi, buddies

Can I ask if it is possible to link a Typoscript Object to a sysFolder?  
For example (definitely it is NOT correct one)

lib.leftcol = RECORDS
lib.leftcol.storageID = 10  

 /* 10 is the PID of the sysFolder, which may contain content elements:  sidebar menu, image, archive list etc)  */

Basically, the function is very similar to "Generated Content" in TV-FrameWork.  The "Generated Content" is the sysFolder in TV-FrameWrok, it serves as part of Typo3 template with static contents (that is my understanding). So that if I want to repeat some content elements in multiple pages, I just need to add the content element/record inside that particular sysFolder, instead of adding the content to multiple pages, or have to use TS to add/remove TS objects.
