[TYPO3-english] tx_news and toctoc_comments

Hi,

TYPO3 6.2.4, toctoc_comments 5.3.0, news 3.0.1

I want to able comments and ratings in news detail view. I get the nice 
commenting form and the stars etc. visible, but they don't work.

Error with like button:
Error: bad configuration value, diffconf in liketop
Error: bad configuration value, diffconf in like

and with ratings: Error: bad configuration value, diffconf in vote

There is also no submit button for comments input field.

Does anyone have a working solution for combining news and this 
commenting and be kind enough to guide me to right direction?

I suspect there is conflict with other jquery extensions and because 
this happens very often it makes me wonder is there really not a way to 
base the extensions somehow on common jquery library.
