In previous posts you more or less admitted to work with a copy of a 
site made by AOE for Bluestar inc. Unless you have permission from AOE 
and Bluestar inc to use it, this is not very nice.
If you need a design to work with to become familiar with working in 
TYPO3, there are hundreds of free HTML/CSS designs available on the web.
If you want to learn by modifying a functioning website you can install 
the Introduction Package.

It looks as if you are working with a patched version of a TYPO3 6.x 
core. Because nobody knows what was modified it's impossible to say what 
went wrong and why.
