[TYPO3-english] Unable to create new page items

Dear Friends,

I can edit both existing page elements and also create new pages.  However  
I cannot create new page-elements. When I click on the green icon, the  
right hand section of the backend goes blank!

By the way, it was into the .htaccess file that I put my code (Ralf-Rene  
Schr?der). Maybe that is why things are not working for me now :)
