[TYPO3-english] BE-user online list and broadcast?

Is there a possibility to see which BE-users are logged in (and active 
with in the last 15(?) minutes?

also I want to broadcast all logged in editors about a comming forced 
logout.

the configuration adminOnly is nice to have, but without (immediate) 
announcement could break/waste some work of editors.

Are there features / extensions which would help?
