Thanks for your reply, however I didn't receive the install file in my source when downloading the zip file the first time.  I downloaded the zip again and it was there this time. All my permissions are set to 755 for directories and 644 for files by default, however I don't have php 5.3.7 installed on my server only 5.3.27 so I will move on to another cms.  Too bad it looks like a nice cms.  But thanks anyways.
