Hi Marvin,

your multidomain setup is not very clear to me. I assume that you have a domain record for each (Sub)Domain as well as a TS template. Have you set "absRefPrefix" for each domain? Do you want to share the navigation across domains, or should each get it's own one? The latter one is working fine for me since TYPO3 4.2 and I'm using the same structure as you.
