[TYPO3-english] sr_language and yag language overlay problem

Hello!

Currently I get the following error message when I'm trying to do anything
with the Gallery button of the yag extension:

Fatal error: Call to undefined method
TYPO3\CMS\Extbase\Persistence\Generic\Typo3QuerySettings::getPreventLanguageOverlay()
in
mydomain\www\typo3conf\ext\sr_language_menu\Classes\Xclass\Extbase\Persistence\Generic\Storage\Typo3DbBackend.php
on line 70

I already checked this bugreport:

And applied this patch (although it was not really necessary for
sr_language_menu 6.0.3):
http://forge.typo3.org/issues/51293

Unfortunately the problems are not gone for the most up to date extension
combinations:

   - sr_language_menu 6.0.3
   - pt_extbase 1.4.0
   - pt_extlist 1.3.1
   - yag 3.0.0
   - typo3 6.1.7

Is there a simple solution for this problem?
