[TYPO3-english] Setting of TER mirror in TYPO3 6.x? Or change mirror concept?

Hi Philipp,

exactly, it makes things a lot easier.

If we know that there are constellations, when the EM does not follow
the redirect, we might still proxy it from the old URL to the new one
- - but if we wouldn't have to do so, a redirect would be preferred, of
course.

Is there already a date set for that sprint?
