[TYPO3-english] How to add admin user via FTP

Hi,

I used to be admin of a web page related to my former job. I'm still listed as contact person on the front page of the website, but I don't work there anymore. I want to edit the page, but the login info is long gone. I have what I need to access the page via FTP, though, and someone from TYPO3 told me I can create a new admin user via the install tool if I have FTP or SSH access to the website.

Could someone explain to me, step by step, how I can create a new admin user via FTP?
