[TYPO3-english] Extension to relate FE User records

I have a client that is a club with an existing TYPO3 site. They would 
like to take advantage of the FE User system more actively. The issue is 
that many members are families and we need a simple way to relate 
spouses to each other.

Is there an extension, perhaps to Direct Mail, that allows us to define 
these relationships? I have not been able to find one in TER.
