[TYPO3-english] Remove CoolURI from Home

Hi,

in such case, the root is a shortcut to the "home". The problem is that 
TYPO3 does redirect to the shortcut target. So if you'd remove the 
"home" from URL you'd get into infinite redirect loop.

The only solution I know is to have "home" as a shortcut to root and use 
root as homepage.
