[TYPO3-english] Your TYPO3 version is lower ... 62beta5

For my dev Installation i install a fresh beta5. Installation works fine.

If i try to install sysextensions in Extension Manager i got Error:
"Your TYPO3 version is lower than necessary. You need at least TYPO3 
version 6.2.0"

And without css_styled_content it is not easy to setup a Website ;-)

btw. css_styled_content is not installed by default.

Other test with Upgrade Wizard > Install System Extensions
I try recycler and scheduler with the result:

"Oops, an error occurred!

Package "core" is already registered.
..."

Is there an easy Way to make core and own Extensions installabel in beta5?
