[TYPO3-english] Datepicker Powermail

Hello!

A few days ago I tried the Powermail 2.1.10 extension with the awesome help of the video tutorials of Jochen Weiland.
I'm Dutch, but with my secondary school German and some basic knowledge about Typo3 I could make it.

All happy I tried to use the datepicker, but it does not appear in Firefox or Internet Explorer.
I found these bug reports:

I already had the CSS template included, I also tried to force javascript via the constant editor on all browsers, unfortunately without any effect (emptying caches and reloading the pages of course).

My TYPO3 version is 6.2.9.
I did not try to reproduce on an empty installation, hoping that this is a common problem.
Hopefully someone can help me!
