[TYPO3-english] Content Syndication by tags/query

My users want Content Syndication, but they want to do Content Syndication by tags of pages or SQL query.    Is there some way to create an RSS/Atom Feed from pages (with title) and page content without code (or tt_news).   The need to avoid tt_news is that pages must be syndicated, not just content.
