[TYPO3-english] Link target set to _blank only for documents

Hi,

Is it possible to set link target to _blank automatically for all file 
documents? I found this:

config.fileTarget = _blank

but it seems it's removed from new TYPO3 versions. I'm using 4.7.20 
though and when i set this it seems all internal links created in RTE 
get _blank. Anyone know more about this?
