[TYPO3-english] action link

Hi,

Anyone has an example how to generate an Extbase action link with a 
cHash in typoscript? I need it in my HMENU.

I cache my list view which shows the ts menu.
If I only put /?tx_myext[action]=new&tx_tx_myext[controller]=bla as a 
menu item, it doesn't always show the 'new' action but remains on the 
list action view.
