[TYPO3-english] Typo3 website backup without hosting account access

Hi everyone,

I would like to create a full backup of a Typo3 website.
The problem is that I only have access to the CMS and not to the hosting account.
So I have no way to export the database from the hosting account.
Is there any other way to create a (as complete as possible) backup from only within the CMS? Or an extension that takes care of this within my limitations?
