[TYPO3-english] Static_info_templates 2.3.2 for 4.5/ 4.7. not running with php 5.4

ok, so nobody did.


What i found out so far....

the static_info_tables uses globals, which must not bei used with php 5.4....
BUT in ter there is no php limit given with this version.
