If you look in TER at the page of that extension [1] you'll see on the 
right side that it says:

Manual 	Not available

For extensions with a manual that would a link to the online documentation.

There also is a link to the project on forge:
Ideas or problems? 	Get in touch

On forge you can file an issue about the missing manual or contact the 
authors by other means.
