I am not sure that I completely understand what you want me to do, but I have tried to delete Cookies.
I have tried Internet Explores, Chrome witch I never used to login before on that site, I use Firefox for my daily WEB use.
I have another site with TYPO3 6.2 where I don't have this problem at all.
I was thinking is there more encryption that the MD5 in the install login?
