[TYPO3-english] Transferring 4.5.35 til new server

Hi

I have set up a new server on an Ubuntu 14.
I installed with apt-get and set up the dummy package. I upgradere both servers to T3 4.5.35 and they tested fine.

I then moved over the needed files ( think) and imported the datase.

Not it seem the template is not correct. 
In the database all looks fine to me. But on the template page of the root page a lot is missing:

Old server:

Any suggestions. 

I think I have tried to remove all caches etc.
