[TYPO3-english] Extension mm_forum for Typo3 6.2

Hi Joël,

I needed a website with forum asap, so I had no other option than to 
make mm_forum work under 6.2. It wasn't that big problem after all. If 
you want, I can send you fixed version that seems to work quite fine.
