[TYPO3-english] sys_noptes at the beginning of the page?

my editors just discovered sys_notes and are willing to use them 
intensive. one drawback is the position of display: as sys_note-records 
are displayed at the end of the page (list view and all page-views). 
There they often are not seen at all.

Is there a possibility to show sys_notes at the beginning of the page 
before any content or other records?
