.. or maybe I would install 4.5 and have it upgrade my conf and database from 4.2?

Hi

I have the task to upgrade a Typo3 4.2.17 running on Ubuntu 6.06.2 :( I need get Typo3 up to a current version but I run into the problem that I cannot upgrade the Ubuntu, as 6.06 (Dapper) is way too old.

Should I be able to run 4.2.17 on a Ubuntu 12.4 and the take the upgrade process from there or are that any better ideas?
