Personally, I usually do *not* print manuals, but store them locally to 
read them later (e.g. on my tablet when offline).

3) hand over manuals to clients

It would be nice to have extension manuals in a nice TYPO3-branded look 
and in PDF format to hand over to clients (e.g. as training material or 
at the delivery of a website) - meaning: *they* could possibly want to 
print them.
