Ya Thanks For suggest way.

I got solution that In window-8.1 there is not able to create file .if you do that than it get default file extension.

Here one more query after successfuly installed i am unable to login in admin panel. 

this got in console of application 

<t3err>No OpenSSL backend could be obtained for rsaauth.</t3err>

"NetworkError: 500 Internal Server Error (AJAX) - http://localhost/typo3test/typo3/ajax.php?ajaxID=BackendLogin%3A%3AgetRsaPublicKey&_dc=1407406077107&skipSessionUpdate=1"

Can help me whats problem now ?
