Thanks Bernd, I deinstalled the extensions and no help. I don't think 
it's the extensions. It's something with this server or something else 
very basic, I just don't know what and where to start looking.

My environment is: Plesk 11.5.x and CentOS 6.5 distribution Red Hat 4.4.7-4

And I want to point out that this same problem is also with 4.7.x 
installations on same server and only with FastCGI enabled. It's like 
something gets confused with the symlinks in FastCGI mode.
