[TYPO3-english] Calculated absolute path to t3lib directory does not exist.

Thanks Bernhard. I cleared all cache and removed all within typo3temp 
and created the folders into it with install tool.

Yes, actually the error mentioned above comes only when uploading in 
frontend editing mode. This is the popup address:

Now testing again with Filelist module:
- with apache mode: everything goes smoothly, upload bar changes to 
green and the file is uploaded.
- with FastCGI: the upload freezes and doesn't change from orange to 
green. And the file doesn't get uploaded.

With or without (outdated t3lib) error code, the uploading doesn't work 
at this server with FastCGI. Now I tested also with 4.7 and didn't work 
there either, apache mode works.

So it seems something should be changed in server setup. Logs in server 
or TYPO3 backend don't give any hint.
