[TYPO3-english] Fwd: Blank screen

For some reason I can’t log in to the forum. When I click the login link, at get a 404 message (file is not found). I therefor sendt this in a new mail.

I did clear the caches as usual before moving the site. I can’t access the install tool and no other specific file. I constantly get the 404 message = file not found.
