[TYPO3-english] Backend templates TYPO3 v. 6.2.1 with Bootstrap.

Hi.
I have installed TYPO3 ver. 6.2.1 and then in Extension Manager/Get preconfigurated Distributions I have installed Bootstrap 3, WORKS fine.

I have then looked at the backend templates and want to make my own, my question is now..

How do I make a new one, do I go to the folder where the backend templates is and then add a new html fil and where do I tell the system I have added a new one, or do I add a new backend templates the old way ?
