[TYPO3-english] Migration 4.6 to 6.2: error "Could not acquire lock for ClassLoader cache creation"

Hi Markus,

> Please check what is in the typo3temp/locks/ directory.

I hadn't thought about that directory.

In the meantime, the Install Tool started working again, maybe the lock 
expired... Next time it happens I'll check the typo3temp/locks/ 
directory and hopefully it helps sort out this mysterious issue.
