[TYPO3-english] tt_products blank page

I forgot to say : i use Typo3 6.2 stable


I check this path (typo3/sysext/cms/tslib/class.tslib_pibase.php) and there
isn't any class.tslib_pibase.php file... Maybe because of 6.2 version of
Typo3 ?

So how can i do ?
