[TYPO3-english] ics_awstats View Stats by City

Hi everyone,

I have ics_awstats installed but I'm looking to expand it so that I can view stats by city. 

I know that GeoIP is the ticket and I need to edit typo/typo3conf/ext/ics_awstats/awstats/awstats.conf and load plugins/databases but I honestly have no idea how to do that because the configuration + Perl + database + file combination is a little intimidating. Can anybody tell me how to get this working? So far I've only gotten as far as uncommenting a "LoadPlugin" line in awstats.conf.
