I realize that that error mean there's no page, but I had just install the introduction package that comes with typoscript and pages.

Either-way I have installed typo 6.1.4 introduction package with mysql, and after working through the mod_rewrite problems, have it up and running just fine. This however is only useful for showing off to other people, for my purpose I need it installed with postgresql as I am planning to integrate it with other projects.

Once again thanks for the help, or any future help, I will attempt postgresql install of typo3 again after playing with it some more and learning typoscript.
