[TYPO3-english] cpu usage high , database size too high

Hi ,

I really need some help with TYPO3. I use version 4.2.29.I experienced very
high CPU usage and also, table page_cache grow .

F pages id where plugin tt_news is installed is inserted a new line every 10
seconds. 

Could you please give me a hint, what can I check to solve this?
