[TYPO3-english] Enable record history (changelog)

Hello, I'm new to the forum, I'm not sure if my question is in the right place, but I'm trying!

The developer of my website has disabled the record history of the pages during the development of the site and I do not know what I should do to reactivate. I thought that it was in the localconf.php, but at least if it is I have not found anything.

Could someone enlighten me?
