Ok, I solved the problem myself :)
Appears that there were more php.ini files around on the server. After changing that it is possible uploading files as big as I want.
In the php.ini file:
post_max_upload = 0 does not work! This need to be higher otherwise Typo3 produces an error. Saying, that the post_max_upload is not the same as the upload_max_filesize. having these both the same solved the problem.
