[TYPO3-english] Problems with TYPO3 4.x after PHP upgrade

Hi!

Check if you've E_STRICT enabled somewhere. (for instance in the Install Tool)

Nevertheless it is a bug and it was solved for 6.1 and 6.0. I've no clue why it was not backported to 4.x.
