i have the following rewrite rule:

RewriteEngine On
RewriteRule ^/3opyt$ - [L]
RewriteRule ^/3opyt/.*$ - [L]
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-l
RewriteRule .* /index.php

after i cleared the cache i get the following error on the url
"https://webserver/startseite":

Not Found
The requested URL /startseite was not found on this server.
