yes - do you have a tool like

phpmyamin - web-based browser to look at the database - also comes as an 
extension to typo3

or
navicat

or

http://www.mysql.com/products/workbench/


You will have to look at the fields on the tables (tt_address) you want to 
change

and then alter the code of the examples to target those fields

Make sure you understand what all the minimum required fields is not to 
compromise the data
