[TYPO3-english] PHP 5.4 + IIS7 | Intermitent database connection errors

Hi,

I have this setup on one website up and running, but randomly I get
this error message logged:

20-05-13 01:57 - Core: Could not connect to MySQL server X.X.X.X with user xxx:
20-05-13 01:57 - Core: Exception handler (WEB): Uncaught TYPO3
Exception: #1369004246: Database Error: The current username, password
or host was not accepted when the connection to the database was
attempted to be established! | RuntimeException thrown in file
C:\docs\typo3\init.php in line 381

It only happens with IIS and PHP 5.4 running on fastCGI.

Any input would be appreciated.
