[TYPO3-english] 4.5 AdoDb

Hey,

this is really pissing me off. Every time I install 4.5 and use the 
1-2-3 install tool, adodb and dbal are added to the extension list and 
it results in

ADONewConnection: Unable to load database driver ''

Fatal error: Call to a member function PConnect() on a non-object in 
/home/typo3_src-4.5/typo3/sysext/dbal/class.ux_t3lib_db.php on line 3157

I have to download localconf.php, remove those two extensions and then I 
can proceed with install.

Is this intended?
