[TYPO3-english] Form element: attachments not received

Hi list,

on one of the older installations I received a report attachments from the
default form element are not working anymore.

I checked the form, processing a new request seems to go fine. Form has the
proper enctype set. But attachments are not coming through.

It's a 4.5.10 installation.

Someone perhaps seen this before and has a fix?
