is there ANY possibility to use a constant (or any other data from a
file) for the PATH in the following terms:

in TSconfig:
<INCLUDE_TYPOSCRIPT: source="FILE: fileadmin/PATH/pageTSconfig.ts">

in TSconstants:
<INCLUDE_TYPOSCRIPT: source="FILE: fileadmin/PATH/constants.ts">

in TSsetup:
<INCLUDE_TYPOSCRIPT: source="FILE: fileadmin/PATH/setup.ts">
